Platinum LEED Certified?... Perhaps Better!

Grant Bosch and Des Semple built a new NAPA Store in Kinderlsey Sask. This structure is 125’ by 55’ with 23’ eaves on the West & 22’ on the East.

The exterior is coated with acrylic stucco, directly installed to the MGO panels. All exterior buildouts are EPS coated with acrylic stucco. Metal cladding was installed on top of the peel and stick ice shield to protect the mono sloping roof. The East wall has a 2-Hour Non-Combustable rating which allowed for maximum land utilization.

The 36” by 5.5” GlueLams offer a clearspan interior with additonal cosmetics. Painting the interior roof white and the walls in grey complete the interior finishes. SaskEnergy Bills Dec 2012 and Jan 2013 were $170.00 and $150.00 for Heat & Hot Water.
